OBJECTIVES to review our experience of combined aortic and colonic surgery. DESIGN retrospective review. METHODS synchronous aortic and colorectal procedures were identified from prospective computerised audit and archival vascular records. Clinical parameters were used as surrogates for measuring clinical outcome.
