Dr. Lau et al. are to be commended on their initiation of a difficult study to compare three techniques—pretied endoloop ligation, endoscopic suturing, and endoscopic stapling—in managing peritoneal tears during endoscopic extraperitoneal inguinal hernioplasty [1].
