BACKGROUND The efficacy of prophylactic coronary revascularization with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) scheduled for open repair surgery remains controversial.
