OBJECTIVE To characterize clinical and radiological features associated with biliary cystic tumors (BCTs) of the liver, and to define recurrence-free and overall survival. BACKGROUND Biliary cystadenoma (BCA) and biliary cystadenocarcinoma (BCAC) are rare tumors that arise in the liver.
