PURPOSE To report a case of complete bilateral congenital upper eyelid eversion associated with severe chemosis in a newborn, and to describe a semi-invasive technique for its management. CASE REPORT The patient was a four-hour-old Nigerian neonate with bilateral congenital upper eyelid eversion with severe and progressive chemosis.
