Gastric teratomas (GT) are rare, accounting for less than 1% of all teratomas. GT usually presents with an abdominal mass, but rarely does it present with gastrointestinal bleeding also. Gastric teratomas are rarely malignant and only two cases are reported in the literature. We treated two cases of malignant GT (endodermal sinus tumor) in infants. Both the patients were male.
