Objective: To evaluate cytomegalovirus seropositivity among women of reproductive age in Malatya is aimed. Material and methods: Cytomegalovirus IgM and IgG antibodies were evaluated respectively in 4042 patients who attended to the gynecology outpatient clinic of the Inonu University Hospital betzeen February 1995 - February 1999 by micro ELISA method. 828 patients were pregnant.
