Abstract Magnetic quivers and Hasse diagrams for Higgs branches of rank 1 4d N = 2 SCFTs are provided. These rank 1 theories fit naturally into families of higher rank theories, originating from higher dimensions, which are addressed.
Five-brane webs, Higgs branches and unitary/orthosymplectic magnetic quivers
We study the Higgs branch of 5d superconformal theories engineered from brane webs with orientifold five-planes. We propose a generalization of the rules to derive magnetic quivers from brane webs
New N=2 superconformal field theories from S-folds
We study the four-dimensional N=2 superconformal field theories that describe D3-branes probing the recently constructed N=2 S-folds in F-theory. We introduce a novel, infinite class of
Coulomb and Higgs branches from canonical singularities. Part 0
Abstract Five- and four-dimensional superconformal field theories with eight supercharges arise from canonical threefold singularities in M-theory and Type IIB string theory, respectively. We study
3d mirrors of the circle reduction of twisted A2N theories of class S
Mirror symmetry has proven to be a powerful tool to study several properties of higher dimensional superconformal field theories upon compactification to three dimensions. We propose a quiver
(Symplectic) leaves and (5d Higgs) branches in the Poly(go)nesian Tropical Rain Forest
We derive the structure of the Higgs branch of 5d superconformal field theories or gauge theories from their realization as a generalized toric polygon (or dot diagram). This approach is motivated by
S-fold magnetic quivers
Magnetic quivers and Hasse diagrams for Higgs branches of rank $r$ 4d $\mathcal{N}=2$ SCFTs arising from $\mathbb{Z}_{\ell}$ $\mathcal{S}$-fold constructions are discussed. The magnetic quivers are
Towards a classification of rank r $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 SCFTs. Part II. Special Kahler stratification of the Coulomb branch
Abstract We study the stratification of the singular locus of four dimensional $$ \mathcal{N} $$ N = 2 Coulomb branches. We present a set of self-consistency conditions on this stratification
More on $\mathcal{N} =2$ S-folds
We carry out a systematic study of 4d $\mathcal{N} = 2$ preserving S-folds of F-theory 7-branes and the worldvolume theories on D3-branes probing them. They consist of two infinite series of

Folding orthosymplectic quivers
Abstract Folding identical legs of a simply-laced quiver creates a quiver with a non-simply laced edge. So far, this has been explored for quivers containing unitary gauge groups. In this paper,

On electric-magnetic duality
Abstract As shown by Seiberg and Witten, electric-magnetic duality allows to calculate the central charges of N = 2 supersymmetric theories with massless hypermultiplets as derivatives of simple
The moduli space of vacua of N = 2 class S theories
We develop a systematic method to describe the moduli space of vacua of four dimensional N = 2 class S theories including Coulomb branch, Higgs branch and mixed branches. In particular, we determine
Quiver origami: discrete gauging and folding
We study two types of discrete operations on Coulomb branches of 3 d N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 quiver gauge theories using both abelianisation and the monopole formula. We generalise previous work on
Higgs Branch, Hyper-Kähler Quotient and Duality in SUSY N = 2 Yang–Mills Theories
Low-energy limits of N=2 supersymmetric field theories in the Higgs branch are described in terms of a non-linear 4-dimensional σ- model on a hyperKahler target space, classically obtained as a
Highest weight generating functions for hyperKähler T⋆(G/H) spaces
A bstractWe develop an efficient procedure for counting holomorphic functions on a hyperKahler cone that has a resolution as a cotangent bundle of a homogeneous space by providing a formula for
A tale of two cones: the Higgs Branch of Sp(n) theories with 2n flavours
The purpose of this short note is to highlight a particular phenomenon which concerns the Higgs branch of a certain family of 4d N = 2 theories with SO(2N) flavour symmetry. By studying the Higgs
Coulomb branches of quiver gauge theories with symmetrizers
We generalize the mathematical definition of Coulomb branches of $3$-dimensional $\mathcal N=4$ SUSY quiver gauge theories in arXiv:1503.03676, arXiv:1601.03686, arXiv:1604.03625 to the cases with
Fractional quiver W-algebras
We introduce quiver gauge theory associated with the non-simply laced type fractional quiver and define fractional quiver W-algebras by using construction of Kimura and Pestun (Lett Math Phys, 2018.
Brane webs and magnetic quivers for SQCD
It is widely considered that the classical Higgs branch of 4d N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 SQCD is a well understood object. However there is no satisfactory understanding of its structure. There are two
On three-dimensional quiver gauge theories of type B
A bstractWe study three-dimensional supersymmetric quiver gauge theories with a nonsimply laced global symmetry primarily focusing on framed affine BN quiver theories. Using a supersymmetric
