In this study, we propose a conductor shape that maximizes the conductor-occupying ratio of a coil, and we analyze the electromagnetic properties of the conductor to improve the efficiency of electric motors. The proposed conductor has the same cross-sectional area, and its sectional shape varies according to its location in a slot.
