  • PURPOSE To investigate the choroidal thickness (CT) in children with amblyopia through spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT). METHODS Thirty-seven children with unilateral amblyopia and 22 children with normal vision participated in the study. Cross-sectional images of the choroid of evaluated eyes were obtained by SD-OCT.
