Macromastia in a newborn with Alagille syndrome

Abstract We present a case of macromastia in a newborn with Alagille syndrome. A review of the literature failed to find any prior reports of this finding in Alagille syndrome patients. We propose that this patient's macromastia may be related to her liver failure and abnormal estrogen metabolism.
