  • The antiinflammatory activity of a new 14-membered macrolide antibiotic, roxithromycin, was evaluated in various rat models including carrageenan- and poly-l-arginine-induced hind-paw oedema, croton oil inflamed ear assay and polyester sponge granuloma.
