OBJECTIVE The purpose of this original report is to describe the MRI findings in patients with intersection syndrome of the forearm. CONCLUSION Intersection syndrome is an overuse disorder of the dorsal distal forearm, presenting with particular symptoms and signs that may be clinically misdiagnosed.
