OBJECTIVE To evaluate whether magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a reliable modality for verifying preoperative diagnosis of stage IA endometrial carcinoma. METHODS One hundred sixteen patients with endometrial carcinoma underwent preoperative pelvic non-contrast T2-weighted or dynamic MRI.
