Two patients with melorheostosis of the axial skeleton associated with fibrolipomatous lesions were reported by Garver et al. in Skeletal Radiology in 1982 [1]. One of the patients, who had intraspinal lipomas, returned to our institution in October 1991 with new bladder symptoms suggestive of spinal cord compression.
