Sixteen micromolluscan species (Gastropoda and Bivalvia) sarnpled from the Holocene shelly sand beach-ridges of Bahia Blanca (southeastem Buenos Aires Province, Argentina) are discussed and illustrated. Five of these species, Cochliolepis surensis, Teinostoma maldonadense, Caecum antillarum, Cerithiopsis greeni (Gastropoda) and Crassinella lunulata (Bivalvia), have not as yet been found within the living fauna of the adjacent coast.
