OBJECTIVE The purpose of this paper is to define the radiologic features of lymphomatoid granulomatosis and correlate them with histopathologic features. CONCLUSION Lymphomatoid granulomatosis shows characteristic CT features such as peribronchovascular distribution of nodules, coarse irregular opacities, small thin-walled cysts, and conglomerating small nodules.
