True angiomas of the larynx are relatively rare. Lymphangioma of the larynx is an extremely rare occurrence. Only a few cases have been found in the world literature. Goetsch was the first author who described the structure of this tumor. In the cases of Mayo Clinic, out of a collection of 722 benign growths in the larynx there were 25 hemangiomas and only 1 lymphangioma.
