BACKGROUND Lymphangioma-like Kaposi's sarcoma (LLKS) is a rare morphologic expression of Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) that occurs in virtually all of the well-recognized clinical subtypes of the disease and has the potential to mimic other pathologic processes.
