Lymph node calcification in malignant lymphoma is an uncommon radiologic finding. Eight cases are added to the 61 cases of lymph node calcification following radiation therapy for Hodgkin's disease, assembled from the literature. The typical radiographic appearance of punctate calcifications, usually found in the upper mediastinum, at times together with egg-shell type calcification, is confirmed.
