Luminescence of Eu<sup>3+</sup> activated Ca<inf>3</inf>Ga<inf>2</inf>Ge<inf>3</inf>O<inf>12</inf> garnet under UV-VIS and UV-VUV excitations

Abstract

Eu<sup>3+</sup> activated Ca<sub>3</sub>Ga<sub>2</sub>Ge<sub>3</sub>O<sub>12</sub> ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction, and characterized with XRD, UV-VIS and UV-VUV spectroscopy at temperature range 10-300K.
