AIMS Arrhythmic storm or repetitive ventricular arrhythmia (VA) has been occasionally observed in Brugada syndrome (BS). A beta-adrenergic stimulator [isoproterenol (ISP)] has been reported to suppress this arrhythmic storm in sporadic cases.
