Objective: As the need for energy increases, new technologies should replace the conventional energy resources. Energy harvesting is one of these technologies and finds applications in many areas such as wireless sensor networks, biomedical applications. Findings: This paper presents a low-voltage charge pump which works at input voltage as small as 100 mV and is suitable for wireless energy harvesting applications.
