The Lorentz violation (LV) effect of ultra-relativistic particles can be tested by gamma-ray burst (GRB) neutrinos and photons. The IceCube Collaboration has observed plenty of ultra-high energy neutrinos, including four PeV scale neutrinos. Recent studies suggested a possible energy dependent speed variation of GRB neutrinos in a similar way to that of GRB photons. Here we find that all four PeV neutrinos with associated GRB candidates can satisfy a regularity found from TeV neutrinos about a…
Pre-burst neutrinos of gamma-ray bursters accompanied by high-energy photons
Consistent Lorentz violation features from near-TeV IceCube neutrinos
A recent proposal to associate 60~TeV to 2~PeV IceCube neutrino events with gamma-ray bursts~(GRBs) indicates the Lorentz violation of cosmic neutrinos and leads further to the $CPT$ symmetry
Testing Lorentz invariance andCPTsymmetry using gamma-ray burst neutrinos
A recent work [Y. Huang and B.-Q. Ma, Commun. Phys. {\bf 1}, 62 (2018)] associated all four PeV neutrinos observed by IceCube to gamma-ray bursts (GRBs), and revealed a regularity which indicates a
Search for Lorentz Invariance Violation from stacked Gamma-Ray Burst spectral lag data
A number of works have claimed detections of a turn-over in the spectral lag data for individual Gamma-Ray Bursts (GRBs), caused by an energy-dependent speed of light, which could be a possible
Implications of SU(2)L gauge invariance for constraints on Lorentz violation
Lorentz invariance is one of the basic ingredients of quantum field theories and violations of it are stringently constrained experimentally. Therefore, the possibility of Lorentz violation (LV) is
Deformed dispersion relation constraint with hydrogen atom 1S-2S transition
We use the latest results of the ultra-high accuracy 1S-2S transition experiments in the hydrogen atom to constrain the forms of the deformed dispersion relation in the non-relativistic limit. For
Relativistic compatibility of the interacting κ -Poincaré model and implications for the relative locality framework
We investigate the relativistic properties under boost transformations of the κ-Poincare model with multiple causally connected interactions, both at the level of its formulation in momentum space
Constraining the deformed dispersion relation with the hydrogen atom 1S-2S transition
In this paper, we use the latest results of the ultra-high accuracy 1S-2S transition experiments in hydrogen atom to constrain the forms of the deformed dispersion relation in the nonrelativistic

ICECUBE Neutrinos and Lorentz Invariance Violation
The IceCube neutrino telescope has found so far no evidence of gamma-ray burst (GRB) neutrinos. We here notice that these results assume the same travel times from source to telescope for neutrinos
Evidence for High-Energy Extraterrestrial Neutrinos at the IceCube Detector
The presence of a high-energy neutrino flux containing the most energetic neutrinos ever observed is revealed, including 28 events at energies between 30 and 1200 TeV, although the origin of this flux is unknown and the findings are consistent with expectations for a neutRino population with origins outside the solar system.
An All-Sky Search for Three Flavors of Neutrinos from Gamma-Ray Bursts with the IceCube Neutrino Observatory
We present the results and methodology of a search for neutrinos produced in the decay of charged pions created in interactions between protons and gamma-rays during the prompt emission of 807
Searching for traces of Planck-scale physics with high energy neutrinos
High energy cosmic neutrino observations provide a sensitive test of Lorentz invariance violation, which may be a consequence of quantum gravity theories. We consider a class of non-renormalizable,
Testing the Equivalence Principle and Lorentz Invariance with PeV Neutrinos from Blazar Flares.
It is suggested that the flight time difference between the PeV neutrino and gamma-ray photons from blazar flares can be used to constrain the violations of equivalence principle and the Lorentz invariance for neutrinos.
Search for prompt neutrino emission from gamma-ray bursts with icecube
We present constraints derived from a search of four years of IceCube data for a prompt neutrino flux from gammaray bursts (GRBs). A single low-significance neutrino, compatible with the atmospheric
Tests of quantum gravity from observations of γ-ray bursts
The recent confirmation that at least some γ-ray bursts originate at cosmological distances suggests that the radiation from them could be used to probe some of the fundamental laws of physics. Here
