Twenty cases of primary lymphoma of the gastrointestinal tract are presented. These lesions, similar to epithelial tumors, disclosed their presence most commonly by pain, nausea, vomiting, melena, palpable mass, and anemia. Survival after operative recovery ranged from 5 weeks to 15 years. Among patients with tumors involving the terminal ileum and colon the average survival was 8 months.
