Long-term subdural strip electrocorticographic monitoring of ictal déjà vu.

Abstract

We report a series of 8 patients with ictal déjà vu. Subdural strip electrocorticographic (ECoG) monitoring localized the ictal epileptogenic focus as follows: right (n = 6) and left (n = 2) mesiotemporal lobe.
