OBJECTIVE To assess the long-term oncologic efficacy of laparoscopic radical nephroureterectomy (RNU). METHODS Between August 1993 and May 2001, 39 patients underwent laparoscopic RNU for upper tract transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) at our institution.
