PURPOSE The purpose of this study was the assessment of the long-term safety and effectiveness of the Techmedica (Camarillo, CA) CAD/CAM Total Temporomandibular Joint Reconstruction System (now called the TMJ Concepts Patient Fitted Total Temporomandibular Joint Reconstruction System, Ventura, CA).
