  • BACKGROUND Ingrown toe nail is a common foot problem; however, there are limited data concerning the treatment options for diabetic patients. OBJECTIVE Because of the special attention given to avoidance of infection and ulceration of the foot in diabetics, we applied a new, simple nail device as a treatment option without any systemic treatment or surgical intervention.
