A 60-year-old woman presented for radiofrequency ablation of persistent atrial tachycardia (AT) 1 year after pulmonary vein isolation and mitral isthmus linear ablation for atrial fibrillation. The AT (CL 288 milliseconds) was mapped using the OrionTM multipolar basket catheter and RhythmiaTM mapping system (Boston Scientific, Marlborough, MA, USA).
