BACKGROUND & AIMS Bannayan-Riley-Ruvalcaba syndrome is a congenital syndrome with characteristic features of macrocephaly, cognitive and motor dysfunction, subcutaneous and visceral lipomas and hemangiomas, and intestinal juvenile polyposis.
