Littoral cell angioma (LCA) is a rare primary vascular tumor of spleen first described in 1991 Falk et al, arising from cuboidal, non-phagocytic cells lining the sinuses in the red pulp. These are usually benign and incidental but malignant nature has also been reported with congenital, immunological and other malignant associations.
