We report on the determination of the lithium abundance [A(Li)] of 52 solar-like stars. For 41 objects the A(Li) here presented corresponds to the first measurement. We have measured the equivalent widths of the 6708\AA\ lithium feature in high-resolution spectroscopic images ($R \sim 80\,000$), obtained at the Observatorio Astrof\'isico Guillermo Haro (Sonora, Mexico), as part of the first scientific observations of the revitalized Lunar and Planetary Laboratory (LPL) Echelle Spectrograph, now…

Mg, Al, Si, Ca, Ti, Fe, and Ni abundance for a sample of solar analogues
We report on the determination of chemical abundances of 38 solar analogues, including 11 objects previously identified as super metal-rich stars. We have measured the equivalent widths for 34 lines
High-resolution Spectroscopic Study of Dwarf Stars in the Northern Sky: Lithium, Carbon, and Oxygen Abundances
Abundances of lithium, carbon, and oxygen have been derived using spectral synthesis for a sample of 249 bright F, G, and K Northern Hemisphere dwarf stars from the high-resolution spectra acquired
Exploring the production and depletion of lithium in the Milky Way stellar disk
Despite the recent availability of large samples of stars with high-precision Li abundances, there are many unanswered questions about the evolution of this unique element in the Galaxy and in the
Lithium abundance patterns of late-F stars: an in-depth analysis of the lithium desert
Aims. We address the existence and origin of the lithium (Li) desert, a region in the Li–Teff plane sparsely populated by stars. Here we analyze some of the explanations that have been suggested for
Stars with Low Main Sequence Li Abundances
An interesting sample to study the Li enrichment mechanism is giants that have evolved from the Li dip or that have evolved from any other population with very low Li abundances already in the MS or

Lithium in M 67: From the main sequence to the red giant branch
Lithium abundances in open clusters are a very effective probe of mixing processes, and their study can help to understand the large depletion of lithium in the Sun. Due to its age and metallicity,
Lithium abundance in the metal-poor open cluster NGC 2243
Context. Lithium is a fundamental element for studying the mixing mechanisms acting in the stellar interiors, for understanding the chemical evolution of the Galaxy and the Big Bang nucleosynthesis.
Li depletion in solar analogues with exoplanets - Extending the sample
Aims. We want to study the effects of the formation of planets and planetary systems on the atmospheric Li abundance of planet host stars. Methods. In this work we present new determinations of
Dwarfs in the Local Region
We present lithium, carbon, and oxygen abundance data for a sample of nearby dwarfs—a total of 216 stars—including samples within 15 pc of the Sun, as well as a sample of local close giant planet
Lithium abundances for 185 main-sequence stars - galactic evolution and stellar depletion of lithium
We present a survey of lithium abundances in 185 main-sequence field stars with $5600 \la T_{\rm eff} \la 6600$ K and $-1.4 \la {\rm [Fe/H]} \la +0.2$ based on new measurements of the equivalent
Behavior of Li abundances in solar-analog stars - II. Evidence of the connection with rotation and stellar activity
Context. We previously attempted to ascertain why the Li i 6708 line-strengths of Sun-like stars differ so significantly despite the superficial similarities of stellar parameters. We carried out a
Lithium abundances of the local thin disc stars
Lithium abundances are presented for a sample of 181 nearby F and G dwarfs with accurate Hipparcos parallaxes. The stars are on circular orbits about the Galactic centre and, hence, are identified as
Lithium Abundances in a Sample of Planet-hosting Dwarfs
This work presents a homogeneous determination of lithium abundances in a large sample of giant-planet-hosting stars (N = 117) and a control sample of disk stars without detected planets (N = 145).
Lithium, Carbon, and Oxygen Abundances of Hyades F-G Type Stars
In an attempt to carry out a systematic study on the behavior of the photospheric abundances of Li, C, and O (along with Fe) for Hyades main-sequence stars in the T_eff range of ~5000-7000K, we
Supersolar metallicity in G0–G3 main-sequence stars with V < 15
The basic stellar atmospheric parameters (effective temperature, surface gravity and global metallicity) were simultaneously determined for a sample of 233 stars, limited in magnitude ($V<15$) with
