OBJECTIVE To examine the associations of serum lipids and lipoproteins with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in community-dwelling men. SUBJECTS AND METHODS This analysis was conducted within the Rancho Bernardo Study, a prospective, community-based cohort study.
