A limited feedback-based interference alignment (IA) scheme is proposed for the interfering multi-access channel (IMAC). By employing a novel performance-oriented quantization strategy, the proposed scheme is able to achieve the minimum overall residual inter-cell interference (ICI) with the optimized transceivers under limited feedback. Consequently, the scheme outperforms the existing counterparts in terms of system throughput. In addition, the proposed scheme can be implemented with flexible…

Distributed Energy Spectral Efficiency Optimization for Partial/Full Interference Alignment in Multi-user Multi-relay Multi-cell MIMO Systems
TLDR
The results indicate that indeed, the ESEM algorithm performs better than the baseline equal power allocation algorithm in terms of its ESE, and surprisingly the partial-IA outperforms the full-IA in all cases considered, which is because thepartial-IA is less restrictive in termsof the number of available transmit dimensions at the transmitters.

TLDR
Numerical results show that the proposed IA scheme requires less antenna source in contrast to that of the existing IA schemes, while the total achievable DoF of the system is identical.
