A genetically-prone murine lupus model was used to assess the developmental effects of trichloroethylene (TCE) exposure on disease symptom onset (e.g., autoantibody production and proteinuria), lymphocyte proliferation, splenic B-cell populations, and thymic and splenic T-cell populations.
