A survey of the temporal pattern of population structure and feeding activity of the seabird tick Ixodes uriae was conducted for the first time in two host species colonies: King penguin (Aptenodytes patagonicus halli) and Macaroni penguin (Eudyptes chrysolophus chrysolophus).
