L'etude du comportement interfacial des polymeres presente deux motivations fondamentales: du point de vue theorique elle est en rapport etroit avec les phenomenes critiques en milieu semi-infini; d'un point de vue pratique elle contribue a la maitrise d'une large gamme de processus industriels fabrication de peintures, purification d'eaux usagees, fabrication de poudres ceramiques.
