A double-masked study was performed to investigate a possible side effect of the antiallergic substance Picumast dihydrochloride on lens transparency. 372 patients with Picumast dihydrochloride- or Ketotifen-treatment regularly underwent ophthalmologic examinations and Scheimpflug photography of the anterior eye segment.
