OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to evaluate the behavior of uterine leiomyosarcomas in relation to their clinical and pathologic features and to identify possible prognostic factors. METHODS Seventy-one patients with histologically proven uterine leiomyosarcoma were included in the analysis.
