This chapter focus on two important and practical classes of surfaces: quadric surfaces and NURB surfaces. ] is a hypersurface in n-dimensional affine space (either real or complex). When P (X) is homogeneous, it is called a form and defines a hy-persurface in (n − 1)-dimensional projective space.
