PURPOSE To determine the value of magnetic resonance (MR) imaging in the clinical management of chronic refractory lateral epicondylitis. MATERIALS AND METHODS Coronal three-dimensional Fourier transform, multiplanar gradient-recalled-echo, and fat-suppressed sagittal images were obtained in 33 patients.
