This paper proposes the incorporation of restorative practices in teacher training. We describe this theoretical foundation and we illustrate the use in teacher training, including the assessment of students. The results indicate a high level of satisfaction with the proposal, a greater commitment to collaborative work and a higher level of rigor and depth reflection processes.
