Laryngeal leiomyosarcoma is an extremely rare malignancy originating from the smooth muscles of blood vessels. Herein, we present the first case of leiomyosarcoma arising from the glottic area of the larynx with coexistent tuberculous mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
