We report a case of gastric remnant carcinoma (GRC) that was successfully treated by laparoscopy-assisted gastrectomy. A 69-year-old man was referred to our department for management of GRC. Preoperative investigations revealed a slightly elevated tumor, 5.0 cm in maximal diameter, confined to the gastric mucosa. Computed tomography and endoscopic ultrasonography identified no lymph node metastasis.
