BACKGROUND Gallbladder duplication is a rare congenital condition, which can now be detected preoperatively by imaging studies. METHODS We report a case of duplicated gallbladder with symptomatic unilobar gallstones. Appropriate biliary workup (ultrasound, oral cholecystography, and intravenous cholangiography) allowed a correct preoperative diagnosis.
