Morgagni hernias are rare and comprise approximately 3% of the congenital diaphragmatic hernias that are observed in 1 in 4800 live births. A 50-year-old female patient who complained of nonspecific chest pain radiating to the right arm for approximately 1 year presented. Chest x-ray revealed a right-sided paracardiac mass diagnosed Morgagni hernia by computerized tomography of the thorax.
