BACKGROUND Laparoscopy is the best available method to manage impalpable undescended testes. We performed our first laparoscopic orchiopexy in June 1992 and found good results in consecutive cases with laparoscopic orchiopexy over last 20 years. MATERIALS AND METHODS From June 1992 to May 2012, 241 patients with 296 impalpable testes were operated upon by laparoscopic approach.
