Laparoscopic hepatectomy is feasible for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) today. This is a retrospective study of the patients with HCC treated by liver resection with a totally laparoscopic approach. This study recruited 116 patients (92 male, 24 female) that underwent laparoscopic liver resection (LR) for HCC.
