PURPOSE The feasibility and results of laparoscopic Anderson-Hynes dismembered pyeloplasty in children were evaluated. MATERIALS AND METHODS All laparoscopic Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasties performed by the author were retrospectively reviewed.
